HEF4013BT Flip-flop D-type, dual, 3 ... 15 V, SO-14

General description The HEF4013B is a dual D-flip-flop that has an independent set direct input (SD), clear direct input (CD), clock input (CP) and outputs (Q, Q). Data is accepted when CP is set to LOW and is transmitted to the output with the positive edge of the clock generator. The active asynchronous HIGH-HIGH inputs CD and SD are independent and take precedence over inputs D or CP. The outputs are buffered for best system performance. The Schmitt trigger action of the clock input¡¦s makes the circuit very tolerant to slower rise and fall times of the clock signal. It operates over a recommended VDD power range of 3 V to 15 V relative to VSS (normally ground). Unused inputs must be connected to VDD, VSS, or another input.
