The MCP33151D-10 14-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) features a differential input, high performance and low power consumption in a small package, making it ideal for battery powered systems and remote data acquisition applications. The MCP33151D-10 features a successive approximation register (SAR) architecture and an industry-standard SPI serial interface, allowing 14-bit ADC capability to be added to any PIC® microcontroller. The MCP33151D-10 features 1M samples/second, 1 input channel, low power consumption (1.5µA typical standby current, 0.66mA typical active current), and is available in 10 pin MSOP and 10 pin TDFN.
