The STMPS2141, STMPS2151, STMPS2161, STMPS2171 power distribution switches are intended for applications where heavy capacitive loads and short-circuits are likely to be encountered. These devices incorporate 90 mΩ N-channel MOSFET high-side power switches for power distribution. These switches are controlled by a logic enable input. When the output load exceeds the current limit threshold or a short is present, the device limits the output current to a safe level by switching into a constant current mode. When continuous heavy overloads and short-circuits increase the power dissipation in the switch, causing the junction temperature to rise, a thermal protection circuit shuts the switch off to prevent damage. Recovery from a thermal shutdown is automatic once the device has cooled sufficiently. Internal circuitry ensures the switch remains off until a valid input voltage is present. https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2020-06-04 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2021-04-03 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2021-04-16 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2021-05-25 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2021-07-21 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2021-10-23 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2021-12-05 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2022-04-07 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2022-06-13 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2022-06-21 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2022-07-04 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2023-03-23 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2023-04-13 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2023-12-12 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2023-12-29 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2024-04-23 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2024-05-28 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2024-07-29 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2024-09-19 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2024-09-27 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2025-01-22 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2025-01-31 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2025-02-09 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2025-03-09 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2025-03-18 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2025-03-27 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2025-04-06 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2025-04-15 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2025-04-24 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2025-05-18 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2025-05-27 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2025-06-06 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2025-07-03 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2025-07-31 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2025-08-28 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2025-09-15 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2025-11-07 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2026-01-21 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2026-03-18 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2026-03-27 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2026-04-25 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2026-05-04 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2026-06-02 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2026-07-09 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2026-07-29 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2026-10-16 https://elecena.pl/product/16941831/stmps2171mtr-enhanced-single-channel-power-switches 2026-10-25
