ESDAxxWY series, automotive unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS), has been designed for use in harsh environments to protect sensitive electronics from damage or latch-up due to electrical overstress (EOS), lightning surge and ESD without ageing effect and performance drifts. It can therefore advantageously replace MOV (metal oxide varistor) or MLV (multi-layer varistor) as well as zener diodes, which are optimized for voltage regulation. It is the right choice for high reliability and quality systems. In addition, this product is available in a small popular SOT323-3L (Jedec SC-70) with 2.1 mm x 2.0 mm package, ideal for space constrained applications. https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2020-06-12 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2021-04-03 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2021-05-29 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2021-07-17 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2021-12-04 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2022-04-07 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2022-06-13 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2022-06-25 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2022-10-18 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2023-01-13 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2023-03-23 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2023-09-02 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2023-12-21 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2024-04-23 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2024-05-28 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2024-09-11 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2024-10-24 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2026-05-05 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2026-05-23 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2026-06-02 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2026-07-30 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2026-08-18 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2026-08-28 https://elecena.pl/product/16965204/esda37wy-automotive-dual-transil-array-for-esd-protection 2026-10-16
