BEI Sensors Sensata ACW4 IO-Link Modular Sensors provide a compact single-turn absolute position indication with an IO-Link output. The over-molded, two-part modular design offers flexibility and a low profile for tight installations. The IO-Link protocol simplifies the sensor set-up and integration and supports the move to Factory 4.0 and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) initiatives. IO-Link features include a digital interface, diagnostic and record-keeping functions, event notifications, 24V operation, and a maximum 20m connection length. BEI Sensors / Sensata ACW4 and TCW4 IO-Link Modular Sensors are sealed to IP65 (optional IP69K), making them suitable for harsh industrial environments such as factory automation and process automation.
