The SMA6TY Transil series has been designed to protect sensitive automotive circuits against surges defined in ISO 7637-2 and against electrostatic discharges according to ISO 10605. The planar technology makes this device compatible with high-end circuits where low leakage current and high junction temperature are required to provide reliability and stability over time. SMA6TY are packaged in SMA. https://elecena.pl/product/17496737/sma6t36cay-automotive-600-w-30-8-v-tvs-in-sma 2021-04-05 https://elecena.pl/product/17496737/sma6t36cay-automotive-600-w-30-8-v-tvs-in-sma 2021-05-27 https://elecena.pl/product/17496737/sma6t36cay-automotive-600-w-30-8-v-tvs-in-sma 2021-12-06 https://elecena.pl/product/17496737/sma6t36cay-automotive-600-w-30-8-v-tvs-in-sma 2022-04-09 https://elecena.pl/product/17496737/sma6t36cay-automotive-600-w-30-8-v-tvs-in-sma 2022-06-10 https://elecena.pl/product/17496737/sma6t36cay-automotive-600-w-30-8-v-tvs-in-sma 2022-06-23 https://elecena.pl/product/17496737/sma6t36cay-automotive-600-w-30-8-v-tvs-in-sma 2022-10-15 https://elecena.pl/product/17496737/sma6t36cay-automotive-600-w-30-8-v-tvs-in-sma 2023-01-14 https://elecena.pl/product/17496737/sma6t36cay-automotive-600-w-30-8-v-tvs-in-sma 2023-03-24 https://elecena.pl/product/17496737/sma6t36cay-automotive-600-w-30-8-v-tvs-in-sma 2023-08-30 https://elecena.pl/product/17496737/sma6t36cay-automotive-600-w-30-8-v-tvs-in-sma 2023-12-27 https://elecena.pl/product/17496737/sma6t36cay-automotive-600-w-30-8-v-tvs-in-sma 2024-02-25 https://elecena.pl/product/17496737/sma6t36cay-automotive-600-w-30-8-v-tvs-in-sma 2026-05-11 https://elecena.pl/product/17496737/sma6t36cay-automotive-600-w-30-8-v-tvs-in-sma 2026-07-07 https://elecena.pl/product/17496737/sma6t36cay-automotive-600-w-30-8-v-tvs-in-sma 2026-09-24 https://elecena.pl/product/17496737/sma6t36cay-automotive-600-w-30-8-v-tvs-in-sma 2026-10-04
