The BFU730F evaluation board simplifies the evaluation of the BFU730F wideband transistor for the use as single stage LNA in wireless local area network amplifier. The evaluation board enables testing of the device performance without additional support circuitry. The board is fully assembled with the BFU730F, including input and output matching. The input match optimized noise figure and input return loss. The board is supplied with two SMA connectors for input and output connection to RF test equipment.
