NXP's MRF101AN reference circuits are ease of use solutions designed to accelerate prototyping for faster time to market. These compact reference circuits offer design reuse across frequencies using the same PCB layout, enabling RF designers to quickly generate new power amplifier designs for multiple frequencies. The reference circuits are designed to operate at various frequencies ranging between 1.8 to 250 MHz and provide up to 130 W of power. Each reference circuit comes fully populated with documentation to easily integrate MRF101AN RF designs into a system.
