[elecena] AD6528 GSM/GPRS SoftFone Baseband Processor - zmiany ceny

The AD6528 Digital Baseband Processor is intended for use in feature-rich GSM/GPRS
entertainment cellular handsets. The AD6528 is based on the ADSP-218X DSP core and
ARM7TDMI® control processor. It features an extended peripheral interface set
eliminating the need for an external application processors. Expanded on-chip,
zero-wait-state memory eliminates the need for external SRAM in most applications.

The AD6528 can be used to perform full-rate, enhanced full-rate and half-rate, and
Adaptive Multi-Rate (AMR) speech codecs as well as a full range of data services including
circuit-switched 14.4 kb/s, GPRS to Class 12 and high-speed circuit-switched data (HSCSD).
In addition, it supports A5/1 and A5/2 encryption algorithms as well as operation in
non-encrypted mode.

An entertainment cellular handset
can be designed by using the AD6528 along with the
AD6535
GSM/GPRS analog baseband processor with power management and stereo audio outputs,
and the ADL5551
quad-band GSM/GPRS X-PA™ power amplifier. In addition, a choice of
direct-conversion GSM/GPRS/EDGE transceivers is available: the AD6534
Othello One™ or the AD6539
Othello One TV™ with integrated TX VCOs.

The VisualFone™
hardware and software development environment supports application
development for the AD6528. It includes a Windows®-based software tool for
demonstration, evaluation, development and debug of the cellular handset. The hardware
includes a baseband evaluation motherboard, baseband-chipset evaluation daughter cards,
radio module, telephone handset, power supply, user manuals and RS-232 cables.

The AD6528 is available in a 240-ball LFBGA package.

A complete data sheet is available under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to pre-qualified
developers of GSM/GPRS cellular handsets. For more information, contact your local Analog
Devices sales office or send an email to msp430.info@analog.com
with details of your GSM/GPRS application requirements.
