The KHPA0206 SSPA family is a series of broadband amplifiers covering 2-6 GHz that are suitable for rack mounting. These amplifiers are capable of outputting up to 300W continuous RF power. A number of options are available depending on customer requirements such as TTL local remote switching. 100W and 300W versions are available. Lower power models are available upon request.
