The STM32F302x6/8 family is based on the powerful ARM® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC core, which operates at a frequency of up to 72 MHz and embeds FPU. The family includes high-speed embedded memory (up to 64 KB of flash memory, 16 KB of SRAM) and a wide range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. 1 fast 12-bit ADC (5 Msps), 3 comparators, 1 operational amplifiers, up to 18 capacitive sampling channels, 1 DAC channel, 1 low-power RTC, 1 universal 32-bit timer, 1 motor control timers, and up to 3 universal 16-bit timers and 1 DAC control timers. 3 I2Cs, up to 3 USARTs, up to 2 SPIs with full duplex multiplexed I2S, 1 USB FS device, 1 CAN, and 1 infrared transmitters. The STM32F302x6/8 operates in the temperature range of -40 - +85 °C with a power supply of 2.0 to 3.6 V. A comprehensive set of energy-saving modes allows the development of low-power applications.
