12 A Triacs TO-220 Description Available either in THT or surface mount packages, the BTA12, BTB12 and T12xx Triac series are suitable for general purpose mains power AC switching. Applications ON/OFF or phase angle function in applications such as static relays, light dimmers and appliance motors speed controllers. The Snubberless™ versions (BTA/BTB...W and T12 series) are especially recommended for use on inductive loads, because of their high commutation performance. The BTA series provide an insulated tab (rated at 2500 VRMS). Features - Medium current triac - Low thermal resistance with clip bonding - Low thermal resistance insulation ceramicfor insulated BTA - High commutation (4Q) or very high commutation (3Q, Snubberless™) capability - BTA series UL1557 certified (file ref: 81734) - Packages are RoHS (2002/95/EC) compliant https://elecena.pl/product/18538951/btb12-600cwrg-triac-600-v-12-a-35-ma-snubberless-to-220 2021-05-22 https://elecena.pl/product/18538951/btb12-600cwrg-triac-600-v-12-a-35-ma-snubberless-to-220 2022-11-14 https://elecena.pl/product/18538951/btb12-600cwrg-triac-600-v-12-a-35-ma-snubberless-to-220 2023-01-06 https://elecena.pl/product/18538951/btb12-600cwrg-triac-600-v-12-a-35-ma-snubberless-to-220 2023-02-15 https://elecena.pl/product/18538951/btb12-600cwrg-triac-600-v-12-a-35-ma-snubberless-to-220 2023-09-05 https://elecena.pl/product/18538951/btb12-600cwrg-triac-600-v-12-a-35-ma-snubberless-to-220 2023-11-12 https://elecena.pl/product/18538951/btb12-600cwrg-triac-600-v-12-a-35-ma-snubberless-to-220 2024-03-22 https://elecena.pl/product/18538951/btb12-600cwrg-triac-600-v-12-a-35-ma-snubberless-to-220 2025-01-23 https://elecena.pl/product/18538951/btb12-600cwrg-triac-600-v-12-a-35-ma-snubberless-to-220 2026-02-16 https://elecena.pl/product/18538951/btb12-600cwrg-triac-600-v-12-a-35-ma-snubberless-to-220 2026-06-28 https://elecena.pl/product/18538951/btb12-600cwrg-triac-600-v-12-a-35-ma-snubberless-to-220 2026-09-17
