With the SILHOUETTE CAMEO 4 you can cut significantly thicker materials* than with the previous model. With a cutting force of up to 5,000 g and a clearance height of 3 mm, the SILOUETTE CAMEO 4 can now cut thicker and firmer materials such as leather, foam rubber, felt and many more!

Integrated roll holder

* Do you want to plot longer materials with your hobby plotter? - Then the integrated roll holder means you are well equipped - at no extra cost.

While you had to purchase the roll holder separately on previous models, it is now integrated into the SILHOUETTE CAMEO 4. Easy to operate and guaranteed not to get lost!

Integrated cross cutter

* Even the cross cutter no longer needs to be stored separately, as it is now also integrated in the SILHOUETTE CAMEO 4. Simply cut your materials straight and clean after the plotting process.

Speed

* With the left-hand tool head of the SILHOUETTE CAMEO 4 you can now cut and draw 3 x faster than before - so you can reach your goal even faster!

Automatic knife

* As with the SILHOUETTE CAMEO 3, the Automatic Knife on the SILHOUETTE CAMEO 4 also adopts the value set in Silhouette Studio before each cutting operation. No more adjusting the blade by hand - this saves time, which you can invest in new creative projects.

Note: The automatic cutter can only be used in the left tool head of the SILHOUETTE CAMEO 4.

Automatic tool recognition

* The SILHOUETTE CAMEO 4 uses small magnets on the tool to immediately recognise which tool has been used. This means you do not have to select it manually in the software. The same applies to the supplied adapters.

Two tool heads

* The SILHOUETTE CAMEO 4 has two tool heads! This allows you to carry out two different operations in one step, e.g. you can draw and then cut in one operation - without changing the tool!

Adapter

* The supplied adapters enable you to continue using tools from older SILHOUETTE CAMEO versions*.

*The automatic knife of Portrait 2 and SILHOUETTE CAMEO 3 are not compatible

Bluetooth

* The new SILHOUETTE CAMEO 4 can be wirelessly connected to the computer via Bluetooth* - goodbye to cable clutter *Bluetooth compatible computer or MAC required

print and cut technology

* All Silhouette hobby plotters have a built-in optical sensor to read in register marks. In Silhouette Studio, you can create these registration marks and then print them out. The optical sensor finds the register marks on your printed motif and the SILHOUETTE CAMEO cuts out the contours razor-sharp. Create individual stickers, labels, textile transfer designs and much more.

PixScan technology

* PixScan technology enables you to use a camera or scanner to cut precisely around an already printed design or to place desired cutting lines on your material. You can even use your smartphone or tablet to do this. The PixScan algorithm enables the SILHOUETTE CAMEO 4 to detect specially placed register marks on the PixScan cutting mat and cut your design with contour accuracy.
