This digital, intelligent and capacitive MEMS accelerometer is powerful and an absolute all-rounder in terms of output flexibility, power supply and interface voltage. The MMA8452Q offers selectable measuring ranges up to 8g with high-pass filtered data as well as unfiltered data in real time. The device can be configured to generate inertial wake-up alarm signals from any combination of the configurable embedded functions, allowing the MMA8452Q to monitor events and remain in a low-power mode during periods of inactivity.
