This module contains a digital thermometer type DS18B20. The module additionally brings a control lamp which lights up when the voltage signal of the module changes. The DS18B20 digital thermometer provides 9-bit to 12-bit Celsius temperature measurements and has an alarm function with non-volatile, user-programmable high and low trip points. The DS18B20 communicates via a 1-wire bus, which by definition has only one data line (and ground) to communicate with a central microprocessor. A short example code for the Arduino IDE can be found in the deposited datasheet.
