A DIS Sensors toggle switch (tilt switch) is a type of switch that switches at a specific angle with respect to the horizon or level (similar to the old mercury switch). It is actually an inclinometer with a switching output. In view of the fact that gravity is used as a reference, as is the case with inclination sensors, and the angle switch can be mounted anywhere, maximum mounting freedom has been achieved. The new generation of toggle switches from DIS Sensors is based on MEMS technology and intelligent algorithms in microcontrollers. This allows one or two-axis switches to be built and programmed with any desired switching angle. The output can be NPN or PNP. An internal buzzer can be installed as an option.
