This pressure lock is a type of Velcro tape with very stable and precise fixing. By simply pressing together - with small mushroom heads interlocking - a very firm but removable connection is created. The pressure fastener can be crossed, staggered or overlapped. It provides a permanent mechanical fastening that will not loosen even with sustained jarring movements. Unlike a hook-and-loop fastener, this quick-release connection is characterized by high shear strength. The self-adhesive backing adheres immediately with excellent final tack, even at high temperatures and on rough surfaces.
