Inexpensive set for infrared and core temperature measurement The testo 831 infrared temperature measuring instrument records surface temperature without contact. The measuring spot diameter of this practical infrared thermometer is only 3.6 cm at a distance of 1 m. The advantage: even smaller objects, e.g. yogurt pots, can be measured virtually in passing. The 2-point laser marking indicates the exact measuring circle. This helps you avoid measurement errors. The testo 106 core thermometer with thin, robust measuring tip is ideal for quick core temperature checks on sensitive foods. It leaves hardly visible puncture holes. Both helpers are small, handy and ready to hand at all times.
