We found they work just fine in breadboards - just make sure you push them in firmly, or the connection can be a bit so-so. They have the nicer 'cage' style clamp rather than the less-reliable 'screw crushing the wire' type, which everyone here prefers. They're easy to use with a small precision screwdriver, handle a range of wire gauges, and don’t take up much space on your board — great for keeping things tidy and easy to maintain.
