This 8 A, 100 V rectifier is based on ST trench technology that achieves the best-in-class VF/IR trade-off for a given silicon surface. Integrated in flat and space-saving packages, this STPST8H100-Y trench, and automotive-graded device is intended to be used in high frequency miniature switched mode power supplies such as in automotive, DC/DC converters or ECU power supply. It is also adapted to freewheeling applications, OR-ring, or reverse polarity protection. https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2023-03-09 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2023-03-13 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2023-03-25 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2023-03-29 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2023-09-27 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2024-01-12 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2024-10-20 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2024-11-16 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2025-01-09 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2025-02-06 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2025-02-24 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2025-07-09 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2026-02-24 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2026-03-14 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2026-05-20 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2026-05-29 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2026-06-17 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2026-06-27 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2026-07-16 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2026-07-26 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2026-08-04 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2026-08-14 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2026-09-03 https://elecena.pl/product/22751308/stpst8h100sfy-automotive-100-v-8-a-power-schottky-trench-rectifier 2026-09-23
