The Firecomms FR01DxDR RedLink® receiver is based on a fully integrated photodiode with TIA, limiting amplifier and MOSFET open drain output that allows switching voltages in the range of 3 to 20 V (e.g. 3.3, 5, 12, 15 V). The component also includes an optional 1 Ko pull-up resistor RL. The RedLink® receiver plug is installed in a non-conductive plastic housing. The housings are compatible with the Versatile-Link fiber connector and are optimized for use with plastic fiber optic cables (POF).
