LT3082IST#PBF Voltage regulator 200mA, 1 SOT-223, 3+tab pin, adjustable

The LT®3082 is a 200mA LDO linear voltage regulator that can be connected in parallel to increase output current or distribute heat in surface-mounted boards. Designed as a precision current source and voltage follower, this regulator is suitable for many applications that require high current, zero adjustability and no heat sink.

A key feature of the LT3082 is its ability to provide a wide output voltage range. A precision "0" TC 10µA reference current source drives a single resistor to program the output voltage to any value between zero and 38.5V. The LT3082 is stable with an output capacitance of just 2,2µF. The IC uses small ceramic capacitors that do not require the additional ESR common to other regulators.
