[elecena] 2x2 Dual-Band (5-7 GHz), 1x1 (2.4 GHz) Concurrent Dual Wi-Fi 6/6E and Bluetooth® 5.3 Combo Solution - zmiany ceny

The AW693 is a highly integrated Wi-Fi 6/6E device enabling concurrent dual Wi-Fi (CDW) and Bluetooth® 5.3 operation. AW693 supports four modes:

* Mode 1: CDW 2x2 Wi-Fi 6/6E 5-7 GHz (802.11ax) + 1x1 Wi-Fi 6 2.4 GHz (802.11ax)

* Mode 2: CDW 1x1 Wi-Fi 6/6E 5-7 GHz (802.11ax) + 1x1 Wi-Fi 6 2.4 GHz (802.11ax)

* Mode 3: 2x2 Wi-Fi 6 2.4 GHz (802.11ax)

* Mode 4: 2x2 Wi-Fi 6/6E 5-7 GHz (802.11ax)

The System-on-Chip (SoC) implements advanced features including multi-user multiple-input multiple-output (MU-MIMO), orthogonal frequency-division multiple access (OFDMA), Target Wake Time (TWT) and Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) Audio.

The AW693 integrates 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz TX power amplifiers (PA), RX low-noise amplifiers (LNA) and Tx/Rx switches (T/R SW). It also includes a full Bluetooth radio, simplifying design. This solution also supports three-antenna design and an external front-end module (FEM).

The AW693 supports a flexible front-end design with either three or two antennas.

The AW693 implements advanced real-time Wi-Fi and Bluetooth arbitration hardware in conjunction with software algorithms to optimize coexistence performance.

NXP’s EdgeLock® technology is integrated. The embedded Edgelock secure subsystem (ELS) supports hardware crypto accelerated secure boot, key management, firmware authentication, secure lifecycle management and anti-rollback protection.

The AW693 integrates dedicated CPUs and memories for both the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth subsystems for real-time, independent protocol processing.

The interfaces to external host processors include peripheral component interconnect express (PCIe) for Wi-Fi and universal asynchronous receiver-transmitter (UART) for Bluetooth.

The AW693 is available in high-volume quad flat no-lead, 148 pins (HVQFN148) and wafer level chip scale package (WLCSP) packages and is AEC-Q100 Grade 2 compliant.

Wireless modules based on the NXP AW693 are offered by leading module manufacturers.
