The FRDM-CD1030EVM features the CD1030 – 33 Channel Switch Detection Interface: * Designed to detect the closing and opening of up to 33 switch contacts * The switch status (open/closed) is transferred to the MCU through SPI * Features a 35-to-1 analog multiplexer for reading the analog voltage at the inputs The KIT-SW33-EVB Switch board (sold separately) contains: * Fully populated switch board with 33 Dip switches to allow closure to GND or Battery voltage on the input channels * An adapter board with a 36 pin interface connector for easy access to all 33 input channels including the protection R/C network on the FRDM-CD1030EVM * Both, Switch and Adapter, connect to J16 on the FRDM-CD1030EVM for validation and test purposes
