Multi-voltage I/O The AVR® DD family of microcontrollers features the well-known AVR® CPU, which now runs at up to 24 MHz over the entire supply voltage range from 1.8 V to 5.5 V. The family includes 16-KB, 32-KB and 64-KB flash variants in 14-pin to 32-pin housing options. The AVR DD family is designed to enable real-time control and multi-voltage operation for applications such as industrial control, home appliances, automotive applications and Internet of Things (IoT). The family uses the latest Core Independent Peripherals with low-power functions and 5-V operation for increased immunity to interference.
