ESP-01s WIFI module with ESP8266EX chip

Compact microcontroller ESP-01S with ESP8266EX chip and built-in WiFi. The ESP-01S is an improved version of the ESP-01. One of the improvements is the addition of pull-up resistors on the RST and CS lines. Thanks to this solution, there is no need to connect them in order to program the circuit. The stability of operation has been improved and the WiFi range has been slightly increased. The board is equipped with an ESP8266EX chip from Espressif having 1MB of Flash memory. It also uses a 32-bit RISC processor from Tensilica L106 with a clock frequency of 160 MHz. There is a pinout on the bottom of the PCB.

The module can be programmed using the Lua scripting language, using the Arduino IDE or AT commands. Specification:
