This Metway 166G series, 3-pole cable mounting socket complies with EN 60 320 and is primarily intended for use with lighting equipment. Applications include digital dimming and three-phase supplies, especially where limited access requires the use of a low-profile moulding. The connector has an extended earth plug fitted as standard and can be connected and disconnected under-load in accordance with VDE 0627. It is fully 'touchproof' when coupled or uncoupled.
