The 8" long by 5" wide base weighs 3.5lbs, providing superb stability for experiments & setups, which includes a rod that measures 23.6" tall and is 12mm in diameter. The base features a tapped hole which fits the included rod, but can accommodate other rods with a 10mm x 1.5mm metric thread and includes rubber sides to avoid surface scratching.
