The Microchip Technology Inc. 23AA02M are 2 Mbit Serial SRAM devices. The memory is accessed via a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatible serial bus. Additionally, SDI (Serial Dual Interface) and SQI (Serial Quad Interface) is supported with clock speeds up to 143 MHz.
