Philips Miniwatt DM160

Philips Miniwatt DM160 - This sub-miniature indicator tube from 1958 was designed for use in the first transistor computers. The tube is capable of indicating a logic level ("0" or "1"). Due to the high input resistance, it is possible to display pulses of 1 µsec directly, via a filter with an OA202 silicon diode and a capacitor. The filament consumes only 30 mWatt and is powered with AC or DC current. The minimum control voltage is 1.4 Volt, at -3 Volt the indicator is very rare.
