New, genuine SGS-Thomson part. Model: BU508AF Plastic tab (no insulating washer needed for mounting to heatsink). Used in monitors such as 1084S series, CM8833 series, etc. Commonly fails when the flyback fails. Compatible with 2SD1577 as seen in these monitors sometimes (D1577 written on the part).
