Brand new, quality moulded cable. This is not a "straight-through" parallel port cable. This is a "laplink cable" or "crossover cable" for connecting two PCs via parallel port. Use software such as MS-DOS's INTERLNK/INTERSVR to transfer files to and from two PCs. Works with output-only parallel ports too, as it uses the status lines to send nibbles.
