SparkFun 16x2 SerLCD - RGB Backlight (Qwiic)

The SparkFun SerLCD is a serial enabled LCD based on AVR technology, offering a cost-effective solution for integrating a 16x2 Black on RGB Liquid Crystal Display into your project. All Qwiic-enabled boards use a common 1mm pitch, 4-pin JST connector, which reduces the required PCB space. Plus, the polarized connections mean you can't connect it incorrectly.This LCD screen features a 16x2, Black on RGB Display and three communication options: Serial, I2C, and SPI. It has an adjustable I2C address controlled via software special commands, an operational backspace character, and an incoming buffer that stores up to 80 characters. The pulse width modulation of backlight allows direct control of backlight brightness and current consumption, while the pulse width modulation of contrast allows for software-defined contrast amount. The open-sourced firmware and Arduino-compatible bootloader enable updates via the Arduino IDE. The input voltage is 3.3V-9V, and the I/O logic levels are 3.3V.
