The SparkFun BME280 Atmospheric Sensor Breakout is a compact and versatile device that measures barometric pressure, humidity, and temperature. It's an ideal solution for indoor/outdoor navigation, weather forecasting, home automation, and personal health and wellness monitoring. This tiny breakout can provide you with comprehensive atmospheric data, all within a small footprint.The BME280 sensor on the breakout board measures atmospheric pressure ranging from 30kPa to 110kPa, relative humidity, and temperature. The board provides a 3.3V SPI interface and a 5V tolerant I2C interface, which includes pull-up resistors to 3.3V. The device consumes less than 1mA for measurements and idles at less than 5µA. The board has 10 pins, with a maximum of six used at any one time. Power, ground, and I2C pins are located on the left side of the board, while the remaining pins, which offer SPI functionality and additional power and ground, are on the other side.Note: The breakout does not come with headers installed.
