The SparkFun OpenLog Data Collector Kit with Machinechat - Environmental Monitoring is a versatile data logging solution that comes with a BME280 Qwiic Atmospheric Sensor. This kit is designed to automatically log GPS / GNSS, serial data, and various pressure, humidity, and distance data, making it perfect for environmental monitoring applications. The OpenLog Artemis is an open-source data logger that can be expanded to include any number of Qwiic sensors. To help you visualize and organize your data, the kit includes Machinechat's JEDI One, a customizable dashboard solution for IoT data collection, transformation, visualization, and reporting.Machinechat's JEDI One is a comprehensive data collection and visualization solution. It has built-in HTTP and TCP servers that enable data collection from sensors and devices within minutes. Its custom plug-ins allow data collection from virtually any sensor or device. It also features an integrated and self-contained MQTT broker for easy integration of MQTT based devices or sensors.The BME280 Qwiic Atmospheric Sensor Breakout included in this kit is a compact solution for measuring barometric pressure, humidity, and temperature. It is suitable for indoor/outdoor navigation, weather forecasting, home automation, and personal health and wellness monitoring. The sensor can be easily connected to another compatible Qwiic-enabled device.The OpenLog Artemis is equipped with an on-board RTC for time-stamping all data. It supports baud rates up to 500000bps and automatically records all incoming serial data to a log file. It also has four ADC channels available, capable of logging voltages up to 2V with 14-bit precision. The Artemis is highly configurable and easy to use, with a simple serial interface.This kit includes an OpenLog Artemis (without IMU), a BME280 Qwiic Atmospheric Sensor Breakout, a unique JEDI One license, and connector cables. Please note that additional sensors must be purchased separately. The OpenLog Artemis included in this kit does not have the ICM-20948 IMU sensor, but still supports auto-detection and logging of over a dozen sensors and GNSS receivers.The SparkFun Qwiic connect system is an ecosystem of I2C sensors, actuators, shields and cables that make prototyping faster and less prone to error. All Qwiic-enabled boards use a common 1mm pitch, 4-pin JST connector, which reduces the amount of required PCB space and prevents incorrect connections.
