The M9061xx family of MEMS oscillators combines industry-leading low-power consumption, as low as 3.6 mA, ultra-small packages with exceptional frequency stability, and jitter performance over temperature. The M9061xx MEMS oscillator family has been tested in accordance with MIL-STD-883 and MIL-STD-202 and is available in ultra-small packages from 1.6 mm x 1.2 mm to 7.0 mm x 5.0 mm, which are “drop-in” replacements for standard 4-pin CMOS quartz crystal oscillators.
