The Cherokey 4WD mobile robot is a versatile mobile robot jeep compatible with the most common microcontrollers. Integrated into the Cherokey is the L298P motor driver chip, which makes it possible to drive two 6 - 12 V DC motors with a maximum of 2 A current. The integrated 2-way DC motor driver and Xbee & APC220 socket allow you to start your project immediately without the need for an additional motor driver or wireless shield. The expansion board greatly increases the surface area of the Cherokey and allows easy connection of a 9-g micro-servo or standard servo to two different locations, making it possible to install robotic arms or ultrasonic/air sensors. The prototyping area allows convenient installation of sensors on the robot.
