This 400V unit is a combination of a motor starter and DC brake in a single device and are suitable for all asynchronous motors. The simple motor control gives direct online starting via a motor contactor and a start interlock is present in case of safety relevant errors. The unit has an infinitely adjustable braking current in order to adapt to different types of motor and there is also an adjustable standstill threshold and braking current cutoff after motor standstill.
