This 200mA, 40V Schottky barrier diode family is metallurgically bonded, double plug constructed and hermetically sealed for military grade qualifications on “1N” prefixed numbers, as well as "CDLL" prefixed numbers for packaged COTs components and "CD" prefixed for COTs die. Four levels of product assurance, JAN, JANTX, JANTXV and JANS are provided for each encapsulated device types as specified in MIL-PRF-19500/610 , and two levels of product assurance (JANHC and JANKC) for each unencapsulated device type die. The device package outlines are as follows: an axial leaded DO-204AH (formerly DO-35) package and round end-cap surface mount DO-213AA (UR). The average rectifier output current (Io) for this family is 200mA, with working peak reverse voltages (Vrwm) of 40V, maximum forward voltages (Vf) of 0.37V to 0.5V and maximum reverse leakage currents (Ir) of 0.05mA at 25 Celsius and 0.60mA at 100 degrees Celsius, with a Ct of 50pf.
