Four levels of product assurance (JAN, JANTX, JANTXV and JANS) are provided for each encapsulated device type as specified in MIL-PRF-19500/727. The device package for this specification sheet is (TO-5 and TO-39) and surfacemount (U4) for all packaged device types.
