The XPC563M EVB is an evaluation system supporting the NXP® MPC563xM microprocessors. The complete system consists of an XPC56xxMB Motherboard and an XPC563MADPT Mini-Module which plugs into the motherboard. Different Mini-Modules are available for evaluating devices with different footprints in the MPC563xM family of microprocessors.
