The NCD98011 provides an extremely low power solution for analogto digital conversion applications using a capacitor−basedsuccessive−approximation architecture. Optimized for low power andspeed, the NCD98011 can achieve a sample rate of 2 MSPS whileconsuming less than 1 mW of power. The device also features a largeinput voltage range (±VCC Vppd) for various applications and a widedigital supply voltage range of 1.8 V to 3.3 V for direct interfacingwith many controllers. The SPI−compatible interface provides astraight−forward data−acquisition method.
