The NCP4620 is a 150mA CMOS Low Dropout Linear Voltage Regulator with an input voltage range of 1.4V to 10V and a 12V max input voltage. The device has excellent output accuracy at 1% with a low temperature coefficient of ±80ppm/°C. Safety features of the device included fold-back protection and thermal shutdown. The device comes in both a standard output and an Auto Discharge output configuration and is available in fixed output voltages from 1.2V to 6.0V in 100mV steps.
