[elecena] Nine wide Schmitt trigger buffer; open drain outputs - zmiany ceny The 74HC9115-Q100 is a 9-bit buffer with Schmitt trigger inputs and open drain outputs. Inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC. Schmitt trigger inputs transform slowly changing input signals into sharply defined jitter-free output signals. This product has been qualified to the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q100 (Grade 1) and is suitable for use in automotive applications.
