The RAJ280002 is a 1.6mohm single-channel Intelligent Power Device (IPD) embedded in a TO263-7 package. It is an N-channel high-side switch with charge pump, diagnostic feedback with proportional load current sense, and embedded protection function. The family includes up to four devices depending on on-state resistance, input interface combination between current driven and voltage driven. Scalability: Variety of on-state resistance combined with a standardized package on pin-out gives users high flexibility for unit design depending on the target load. Robustness: Because of advanced protection methods, RAJ280002 achieves high robustness against long-term and repetitive short circuit conditions.
