We used a cable like this in a recent build and decided it's perfect for when you want to make a compact USB-C-to-C connection in an enclosure. The metal plugs are durable and easy to grip for plugging and unplugging, while the ribbon cable is flexible and short. Also great for going through slots or fitting through closed drawers/windows/doors.
