The high-quality overall package of the NH-U12S DX-4677 is rounded off by the professional SecuFirm2™ mounting system and the pre-applied NT-H1 thermal compound.

Caution: Please note that the NH-U12S DX-4677 is a dedicated version for the Intel LGA4677 socket. Owing to the larger contact surface, the cooler cannot be used on smaller sockets.

Please also note that a processor support frame is required to mount LGA4677 processors and coolers. These support frames are supplied with Intel Boxed CPUs and are available for tray CPUs through Intel sales partners.
