This specification covers the performance requirements for PNP, silicon, low-power, 2N4405 transistors. Two levels of product assurance (JAN and JANTX) are provided for each encapsulated device type as specified in MIL-PRF-19500/448. The device packages for the encapsulated device types are as follows: (2N4405) (similar to TO-39) and surface mount (UA) and (UB).
