The S29GL512T10FHA020 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) MIRRORBIT™ flash memory device with a 3.0 V core and versatile I/O, supporting ×8 and ×16 bus modes. It achieves random access times of 100 ns and page access of 15 ns, with a 512-byte programming buffer. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and I/O voltages from 1.65 V to VCC, it offers uniform 128 KB sector erase, advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and 100,000 program/erase cycles. Industrial and automotive grade (–40°C to +125°C).
