The CY8C4147LDE-HVS124XT is a 48 MHz, 32-bit Arm Cortex-M0+ automotive microcontroller in a 48-lead QFN package with 128 KB flash, 16 KB SRAM, and a high-voltage subsystem for direct 12 V/24 V battery operation. It features a 12-bit SAR ADC, fifth-generation CAPSENSE™ for capacitive sensing, programmable analog and digital blocks, and LIN/CXPI transceivers. With 33 GPIOs, 5 V operation, and AEC-Q100 qualification, it targets automotive HMI, body, and powertrain systems.
